About procedure for official promulgation of regulatory legal acts and their introductions in force

For the purpose of ordering of official promulgation of the regulatory legal acts adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for ensuring regulation of public legal relations based on the existing acts, prevention with twisting of their content, determination of procedure to their introduction in force, according to Article 57, of part two and the fifth Article 94, parts two of article 102 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decide:

1. Determine that the laws of Ukraine, other acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine not later as in fifteen-day time after their acceptance in accordance with the established procedure and signings are subject to promulgation by state language in official printing publications.

Official printing publications are:

"The Ofitsiyny messenger Ukra§ni";

Uryadovy Kur¾r newspaper.

Official printing publications in which official promulgation of the laws and other acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is performed are also the newspaper "Golos Ukrainy", "Vedomosti Verkhovnoy Rady Ukrainy".

The official printing publication in which official promulgation of the laws, acts of the President of Ukraine is performed is also the newsletter "Ofitsiyny visnik Prezidenta Ukra§ni" (further - "Ofitsiyny visnik Prezidenta Ukra§ni").

Acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine can be officially promulgated in some cases through television and radio.

2. Regulatory legal acts can be published in other printing editions only after their official promulgation according to article 1 of this Decree.
