About compulsory national insurance of legal executives

For the purpose of protection of life, health and property of legal executives of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Enter since January 1, 2004 compulsory national insurance of life, health and property of legal executives at the expense of means of the republican budget.

2. Assign carrying out compulsory national insurance of legal executives according to this Decree to the Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh.

3. Determine that:

3.1. compulsory national insurance is made by lump sum payments in the form of insurance coverage in case:

death (death) of the legal executive during work or after dismissal from the position which came owing to bodily harms or other damnification to health received in connection with execution of service duties by it - to his heirs in the amount of the fifteen-year salary of the legal executive;

causings to the legal executive in connection with execution of the service duties of mutilation or other harm to health excluding further opportunity to be engaged in professional activity by it - in the amount of the three-year salary of the legal executive;

causings to the legal executive in connection with execution of service duties of the bodily harms or other harm to health which did not cause persistent disability, did not exclude further opportunity to be engaged in professional activity by it - in the amount of annual wage of the legal executive;

obtaining by the legal executive on duty the severe wound which did not entail disability - in the amount of ten basic sizes, slight injury - in the amount of five basic sizes;

3.2. in case of damnification to health or death of family members (dependents) of the legal executive in connection with execution of service duties by it makes payments according to the procedure and the sizes specified in subitem 3.1 of this Item;

3.3. the payments for harm compensation provided by subitems

3.1 and 3.2 presents of Item, are performed at the expense of means of the republican budget with further collection of the amounts of these payments from perpetrators;
