For the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of the types of activity connected with specific goods (works, services) I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for licensing of the types of activity connected with specific goods (works, services).

2. Determine that the State military-industrial committee and Committee for State Security make issue, suspension, renewal, prolongation of effective period, cancellation of special permissions (licenses), modification and (or) amendments in special permissions (licenses) for implementation of the types of activity connected with specific goods (works, services) according to Regulations on procedure for licensing of the types of activity connected with specific goods (works, services), the approved this Decree based on the decision of the Interdepartmental commission on military technically cooperation and export control under the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus.

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till December 31, 2003 to take measures for reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus.

5. This Decree becomes effective since November 1, 2003, except for Item 3, which becomes effective from the date of official publication of this Decree.
