According to the paragraph third the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 388 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530 "About insurance activity"

1. Determine that:

1.1. for payment of 95 percent of insurance premiums on contracts of compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and bird (further – agreements of compulsory insurance of agricultural products) at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on development of agricultural production, fish breeding and conversion of agricultural products financing according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in coordination with the Ministry of Finance annually opens;

1.2. payment to the insurer of 95 percent of insurance premiums on agreements of compulsory insurance of agricultural products is performed by equal shares on insurance:

harvest of winter crops – since October 15 of year in which sowing of crop, and no later than August 1 of year in which this crop shall be harvested is made;

harvest of summer crops – since May 15 and no later than August 1 of year in which this crop shall be harvested;
