1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure of insurance payments for compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases to the persons having the right to their obtaining and who left on the permanent residence of the Republic of Belarus.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.

This Provision determines procedure of insurance payments for compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases (further - insurance payments) insured or to the persons having the right to their obtaining in case of death insured, who left on the permanent residence of the Republic of Belarus (further - the victims).
2. Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of insurance payments to the victims is made by the Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh (further - the insurer).
3. Insurance payments to the victim are performed by the insurer in type:
lump insurance sum payment;
monthly insurance payment;
payments of the additional expenses connected with damage of health of the victim on:
