About approval of the Procedure for issue of the Certificate of competency
For the purpose of implementation of requirements of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of lands" concerning establishment of single procedure for issue of the Certificate of competency of the appraiser on expert money value of the parcels of land and according to the Regulations on the State agency of land resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2007 No. 614, I order:
1. Approve the Procedure for issue of the Certificate of competency of the appraiser on expert money value of the parcels of land it (is applied).
2. (Gorbatovich S. M.) to provide to management of the market of lands and estimative activities informing educational institutions with which agreements on cooperation of rather professional training of appraisers on expert money value of the parcels of land, about the Procedure for issue of the Certificate of competency of the appraiser on expert money value of the parcels of land are signed.
3. (Gorbatovich S. M.) and to Legal management (Tsarev D. V.) at the scheduled time to submit to management of the market of lands and estimative activities the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. The certificates of competency of appraisers on expert money value of the parcels of land granted according to Goskomzem's order of January 20, 2005 No. 14 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of the Certificate of competency of the appraiser on expert money value of the parcels of land" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 8, 2005 for No. 190/10470, remain acting and can be replaced in case of the voluntary address of citizens about replacement of the form of the Certificate of competency.
