1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of maintaining fishing economy.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2003 No. 1370 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of trade fishing and production of water invertebrates" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 121, 5/13250).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
