About approval of the Rates for fee connected with payment and delivery of national pensions and the monetary assistance
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996, with changes and amendments, I order to N1548 "About Establishment of Powers of Executive Bodies and Executive Bodies of City Councils concerning Price Regulation (Rates)":
1. Approve Rates for fee, connected with payment and delivery of national pensions and the monetary assistance (are applied) for the period till 31.12.2007.
2. Of 22.07.2004 of N166 "About Approval of the Rates for Fee Connected with Payment and Delivery of National Pensions and the Monetary Assistance" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.08.2004 for N976/9575, to suspend operation of the order of the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine for action of the Rates determined in item 1 of this order.
3. To State department concerning communication and informatization (Baranov O. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To the Ukrainian state company of mail service of Ukrpocht (Kravets I. V.) inform branches of the company on input of new rates and provide constant control behind correctness of their application.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Netudykhatu L. I.
