About publication of acts of the legislation of Ukraine in the newsletter "The Official Bulletin of Ukraine"

(as amended of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 05.02.2021 No. 48/2021)

For the purpose of operational and complete providing with legal information public authorities, companies, organizations and organizations, I decide bringing acts of the legislation of Ukraine to data of citizens:

1. Determine that the newsletter "The Official Bulletin of Ukraine" which is established and published by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is the weekly official publication in which are published in state language:

laws of Ukraine;

decrees and orders of the President of Ukraine, the resolution and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which have normative character;

acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine;

regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine;

the international agreements of Ukraine which became effective;

the regulations of the ministries, other central executive bodies registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

stop the "Collections of the Orders of the Government of Ukraine" edition since January 1, 1997;

resolve in a month issue of transfer to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of the budgetary and other appropriations provided on the edition of the specified collection and also to determine procedure for use of the money received from distribution of the newsletter.

3. Central and to local executive bodies, local government bodies to take measures to providing the companies, organizations and the organizations subordinated to them with the newsletter "The Official Bulletin of Ukraine".

4. "The Official Bulletin of Ukraine" to carry out distribution of the newsletter by open subscription and retail trade.
