2. Declare invalid the paragraph third Item 1 of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 12, 1994 of N918 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation "About selection achievements" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, N 18, the Art. 2080).

3. This Resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
