In pursuance of paragraph two of Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2007 to N447 "About Enhancement of Accounting of Federal Property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 34, of the Art. 4237) and for the purpose of ensuring unity of maintaining the register of federal property (further - the register) I order:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the register of federal property (further - Rules).
2. To Federal Agency for State Property Management in a month:
determine the structural division performing maintaining the register concerning the federal property specified in the subitem "an" of item 4 of the Regulations on accounting of the federal property approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2007 N447;
determine the officials authorized on maintaining the register and assurance placed in the document register;
provide maintaining the register according to Rules.
3. To impose control of execution of this Order on the deputy minister Levitskaya A. Yu.
