The Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation which further are referred to as Parties

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The supreme body of custom union determines the list of the international treaties constituting the contractual legal base of custom union (further - the List) which consists of two parts:

part one - the international agreements existing within EurAsEC

part two - the international agreements directed to completion of forming of the contractual legal base of custom union.

Article 2

The supreme body of custom union makes the decision on entry into force of the international treaty included in part in the second the List in the presence of information of depositary on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Parties necessary for entry into force of this international treaty.

Article 3

Exit of the Party from any international treaty included in part in the second the List means exit from all international treaties included in part in the second the List. Their action stops for such Party after 12 months from the date of receipt by depositary of the notification on exit.

Article 4

After entry into force the international agreements included in part in the second the List are open for accession to them of other state members of Eurasian economic community provided that the joining state expresses consent to be bound for it all international treaties included in the List.
