1. For the purpose of ensuring necessary efficiency in the solution of questions of licensing of export out of limits of the republic of products and raw materials made by the companies and the organizations of the Leninabad region and in private change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 15, 1993 No. 72 "About procedure for export of products and raw materials out of limits of the Republic of Tajikistan" to grant to the Leninabad regional executive committee the right to grant licenses for export of products and raw materials of all types, except licensed by the Commission of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning commercial ties with foreign countries.
2. To the Leninabad regional executive committee to establish strict control of timely obligatory sale by exporters of area of the established part of currency earnings in Republican currency fund and information on it together with copies of the granted licenses to provide monthly to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
