About the measures for ensuring timely pension payment appointed under the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About provision of pensions of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan"

1. Determine that since July 1, 1996 in first-priority procedure pensions to participants are paid, - in complete size, and to other categories the minimum pension on age will be paid to the disabled people of the Great Patriotic War equated to them to persons, receiving pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. To pensioners whose appointed size of pension exceeds the minimum sizes, to make pension payment proceeding from the actual availability of means in Social Security Fund of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the granted pensions with debt repayment quarterly in process of accumulating of necessary means.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan. To provide to Social Security Fund of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of social protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan pension payment according to the procedure and the terms established by this resolution.
