1.1. 2.4. Control of observance by licensees when implementing of the licensed types of activity of the relevant licensed requirements and condition, and also works and services.
2.5. Carrying out survey of objects for receipt of the conclusion about compliance to conditions of activities of medical institutions, legal entities and physical persons, irrespective of patterns of ownership and the departmental subordination which is engaged in medical activities and also issues by the inspector the conclusion by the Director of the center approved by the form and shall be reflected in the conclusion the declared work types and services, the name of implementation of medical activities, the address and the location of the applicant, etc.
