2. Determine that management of social of Fund the populations of the Republic of Tajikistan are sewn up it is assigned to Board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan which is headed by the Chairman.
The chairman of the board of Social Security Fund of the population and its deputies from whom the first is Chief executive of Fund are appointed and relieved of the post by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the chairman of the board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of social protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Labour and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop Regulations on Social Security Fund of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan, its structure, number and expense budget on its content and to submit for approval of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
