2. The qualification examination is held by the customs authority determined by the representative for customs affairs, at least six times in calendar year. About date of acceptance of qualification examinations, places and form of their carrying out, and also the list of examination questions, lists of recommended literature for studying of the course program of training of specialists by that on customs clearance announce in advance, but no later than one month prior to acceptance by informing customs brokers through regional customs authorities.
3. The customs clearance specialist (further - the specialist) in the activities is guided by requirements of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. Implementation of activities for customs clearance by one specialist in staff of two and more customs brokers at the same time is not allowed.
5. The physical person having the higher education, length of service at least two years, and also who confirmed compliance of the knowledge to qualification requirements by passing qualification examination can be the specialist.
