About urgent measures for ensuring the market with grain, flour and vegetable oil
Based on item 4 of article 11 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, for the purpose of protection of economic interests of the Kyrgyz Republic, the prevention of unexpected situations in economy and carrying out state policy on ensuring domestic market with grain, flour and vegetable oil, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish rate of the value added tax in the amount of 10 percent when importing on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic of grain, flour and vegetable oil (goods items 1001, 1101 and 1512 Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity (except 1512 11 100 0, 1512 19 100 0, 1512 21 100 0, 1512 29 1000).
2. Establish rate of the value added tax in the amount of 10 percent by supply of grain, flour, vegetable oil (goods items 1001, 1101 and 1512 Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity (except 1512 11 100 0, 1512 19 100 0, 1512 21 100 0, 1512 29 100 0) and bakery products (goods item 1905 90 300 0 TNVED).
3. Send this resolution to Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the procedure of the notification.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
