According to the Law of Ukraine of 12.07.2001 No. 2664-III "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" and the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 04.04.2003 No. 292/2003, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Approve the General provision about territorial administration of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine it (is applied).
2. Charge to legal management (Tkachenko D. V.) to submit the General provision about territorial administration of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine (further - the Commission) to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. Control of execution of this order to assign to the vice-chairman of the Commission Levchenko V. P.
