This Law determines the legal basis of state regulation in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Republic of Belarus, establishes the rights, obligations and responsibility of state bodies, organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership (further - the organizations) and citizens of the Republic of Belarus (further - citizens) in this area.
In this Law the following main terms and their determinations are applied:
strengthening device - the citizens attracted to assistance to military commissariats (separate divisions), state security agencies in carrying out the notification, appeal and sending (delivery) mobilization resources to Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus (further - Armed Forces), other troops and military forming;
army mobilization - complex of actions for transfer of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming on organizational and regular structure of wartime, and also on their completion by staff at the scheduled time according to states and regulations of wartime, to providing with arms, military equipment and material values at the expense of the state and (or) mobilization material reserves and resources of economy of the Republic of Belarus created in peace time;
mobilization task - task on holding actions for mobilization preparation for ensuring steady work of economy and life support systems of the population during increase of military threat and in wartime, determined by the President of the Republic of Belarus, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, state body, the organization subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
