1. Approve the Concept of development of leasing of agricultural machinery, machines and mechanisms in the State Parties of the CIS it (is applied).
2. Ask the governments of the states of the Commonwealth to use basic provisions of the specified Concept in case of development and adoption of the national legal system concerning leasing development.
3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.
It is made in the city of Moscow on December 3, 2004 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
