About use of the free (contractual) prices in construction

1. Grant the right to participants of construction complex (customers and contractors) to create the free (contractual) prices for construction products.

2. Approve for transition period to market economy for the organization and the companies using in investment process, the state capital investments, and quality of the regulating document the enclosed Methodical instructions for forming of the free (contractual) prices for construction products, procedure for the conclusion of works agreements and calculations for the works performed 1993 when implementing construction, reconstruction, modernization, capital and running repair in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, irrespective of departmental accessory of customers and contractors and to enact them since January 1, 1993.

3. Establish for transition period the salary level of the construction products included in cost equal to the multiple minimum wage established in the republic.

4. To provide to the State Committee for Construction of the Republic of Tajikistan rendering the necessary methodical assistance to the organizations and companies for cost determination of construction of facilities and to exercise regular control of observance during transition period to market economy of normative requirements in the field of estimate regulation and pricing in capital construction.
