For the purpose of acceptance of necessary measures for acceleration of development of entrepreneurship in the country, further increase in usefulness of business environment and simplification of procedures of the beginning of business I decide:

1. Determine the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic as the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic single state body of registration of activities of subjects of business activity by the principle of "one window".

2. Implement the principle of "one window" of activities of subjects of business activity since January 1, 2008.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

3.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of regulatory legal acts to compliance with this Order;

3.2. take the necessary measures connected with the organization of activities of subjects of business activity according to the principle of "one window";

3.3. resolve other issues following from this Order.
