About partial change of procedure for carrying out revaluation of products and goods
For the purpose of stimulation of activities of the companies and organizations of the republic in increase in production and improvement of quality of the rendered services Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Determine that since May 1, 1996 means from revaluation (revaluation) of products and goods remain at the disposal of the companies and the organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership and go for replenishment of own current assets.
2. Declare invalid:
Item 7 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 8, 1992 No. 2 "About carrying out revaluation of products and goods in connection with liberalization of the prices";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 10, 1994 No. 386 "About carrying out revaluation of products and goods".
