Sharing similar positions on the topical international and regional issues which are of mutual interest

In view of important role of two countries in ensuring global energy security,

Noting need of strengthening of political, trade and economic, humanitarian and cultural ties according to the available potential of two states,

Declared following:

For the purpose of deepening of the relations of strategic partnership between two countries of the Party note importance of continuation of dialogue and expansion of exchanges at the level of the governments, parliaments and institutes of civil society.

The parties emphasize the determination in strengthening of the bilateral relations on the basis of rule of law, democracy, human rights protection and the principles of market economy.

The parties are resolute in the aspiration to expand trade and economic, scientific and technical, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between two countries.

The parties consider activities of the Intergovernmental Commission on economic cooperation as the important coordinating mechanism for development of the bilateral economic relations and effective method of implementation of the reached agreements.

The parties are ready to encourage mutually beneficial cooperation between the companies of two countries in the energy sphere and light industry, and also in other industries of not oil sector.
