About fundamentals of the state scientific and technical policy
This Law is fundamental in the scientific and technical sphere and provides complex of methods and means of participation of the state in management of scientific and scientific and technical activities. scientific and technical activities – the activities including carrying out applied researches and developments for the purpose of creation new or enhancements of the existing methods and policy tools of specific processes. scientific research (research works) – the creative activities directed to receipt of new knowledge and methods of their application. Scientific research can be fundamental and applied;
developmental works – complex of the works performed during creation or upgrade of products: development of design and technological documentation on prototypes (pilot batch), production and testing of prototypes (pilot batch);
