About industrial parks
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
(1) This law regulates procedure for creation and functioning of industrial parks, and also funding mechanism for their technological infrastructure.
(2) Subject of this law are methods of creation of industrial parks based on the assets which are in property of the state and/or the central industry bodies of public management, bodies of local public authority and also on the principles of public and private partnership.
(1) Industrial parks are created for the purpose of acceleration of social and economic development of certain regions of the country in the way:
a) attraction of domestic and foreign investments;
b) implementations of modern and innovative technologies;
c) developments of the sector of the small and medium companies;
d) applications of modern methods of management;
e) more effective use of public property;
f) creations of workplaces.
(2) For the purpose of realization of the tasks assigned to them optimal conditions for activities implementation are created to industrial parks: the state, the central industry bodies of public management, bodies of local public authority or private investors provide them with technological infrastructure, and also services, including public.
