Approve Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine which are applied.

Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine

1. The pension fund of Ukraine is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Labour and Social Policy.

2. The pension fund of Ukraine in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Provision.

The pension fund of Ukraine will organize accomplishment of acts of the legislation within the powers, exercises control of their realization, generalizes practice of application of the legislation on questions which are within its competence, develops offers on enhancement of this legislation and in accordance with the established procedure submits them for consideration of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy.

3. The main tasks of the Pension fund of Ukraine are:

participation in forming and realization of state policy in the field of provision of pensions and social insurance;

management and management of solidary system of obligatory national pension insurance;

ensuring collection and accumulation of fees on obligatory national pension insurance, conducting their accounting;
