1. Determine the following limit of maximum prices of foodgrain approved with Federal Tariff Service in case of which achievement in 2007 the state commodity interventions concerning grain of intervention fund for the Russian Federation are carried out:

a) on soft food wheat of 3rd class - 5000 rubles for ton;

b) on soft food wheat of the 4th class - 4700 rubles for ton;

c) on food rye of group "A" - 3900 rubles for ton. The specified prices are determined including VAT.
