For the purpose of ensuring protection of the rights of citizens in case of transactions with the real estate, according to the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, and the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Determine that the realtor organization shall provide:
1.1. presence of the realtor responsible for agreement performance on rendering realtor services (further - the realtor), in case of the certificate the notary of real estate transactions and presentation by the realtor to the notary of the identification plastic card, contract for rendering realtor services (copy);
1.2. when giving to the registrar of the statement for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it (further - state registration) provision of information on the realtor based on data of the identification plastic card of the realtor, the contract for rendering realtor services.
2. In the register for registration of notarial actions by the notary and in the application for state registration submitted to the territorial organization for the state organization of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it the following information is specified:
