1. Approve the Procedure for assignment of social individual code to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized organization it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

in 2-month time to develop document forms on accounting of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the instruction for their filling and to approve them in accordance with the established procedure;

organize carrying out explanatory work on questions of assignment of social individual code among the legal entities and physical persons which are engaged in business and other activity without formation of legal entity;

provide submission to authorized organization of information about pensioners for assignment of social individual code by it.

3. To akims of areas and the city of Almaty to establish the schedule of submission to authorized organization by the legal entities and physical persons which are engaged in business and other activity without formation of legal entity, information about the working citizens according to the established form and to provide its accomplishment.
