According to Item 6 of the Procedure for use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for loan granting on implementation of innovative and investment projects in economy industries for the purpose of the providing financial support of innovative and investment projects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2007 N455 I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for competitive selection of innovative and investment projects for loan granting on their realization at the expense of the means provided in the Government budget for 2007 which is applied.
2. To department of innovative development (Himenko O. A.):
2.1. In accordance with the established procedure to submit the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Prepare the draft of the order of the State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations about statement of structure of the Tender committee.
3. To the sector of documentary providing and control (Dyachenko N. Zh.) provide the publication of this order in mass media.
