Give to Organization of education "Institute of retraining and advanced training of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus" the status of the basic organization of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States for personnel training in the field of the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations.
2. Approve Regulations on the basic organization of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States for personnel training in the field of the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations it (is applied).
3. This Decision becomes effective from signature date.
It is made in the city of Yalta on May 25, 2007 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
