1. Approve Regulations on order of registration of the marks applied on products from precious metals and gemstones (appendix No. 1).

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the director of Public organization "State Assay Chamber" Marín Margarint.

Regulations on order of registration of the marks applied on products from precious metals and gemstones

1. General provisions

1. These Regulations are constituted according to provisions of the Law No. 282-XV of 22.07.2004. "About the mode of precious metals and gemstones" and the Order of the Government No. 892 of 28.08.2001. "About the state assay supervision".

2. The public organization "State Assay Chamber" registers the marks of the manufacturer applied on the products made of precious metals and gemstones in the special register.

3. Conditions of these Regulations are obligatory for physical persons and legal entities which make jewelry and other products from precious metals and gemstones.

4. Physical persons and legal entities which in the course of the activities use precious metals and gemstones shall have own mark which print is applied on each product from precious metals and gemstones made by these subjects.
