About expenses on insurance of economic agents and physical persons who are engaged in business activity, permitted for deduction from entrepreneurial incomes, for the purpose of the taxation

In pursuance of Article 24 parts (3) the Section II of the Tax code N1163 XIII of April 24, 1997. The government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Resolve deduction of the insurance premiums paid based on the insurance contracts signed according to provisions of the current legislation economic agents and, as necessary, the physical persons registered as entrepreneurs from income gained from business activity on the following types of insurance within:

1) compulsory insurance, namely:

a) car responsibility insurance which covers the damage caused as a result of use of the vehicle including responsibility of carriers;

b) insurance of the aviacivil responsibility which covers responsibility of carriers;

c) civil responsibility insurance at the sea, the lake, the river which covers responsibility of carriers;

d) civil responsibility insurance on the railroad which covers responsibility of carriers;

e) other classes of insurance for which the conclusion of obligatory insurance contracts is provided;

2) voluntary insurance, namely:

a) accidents insurance, including from labor accidents and occupational diseases;

b) the health care insurance (concluded in advantage of staff of the company);

c) the life insurance and annuities (concluded in advantage of staff of the company);

d) insurance of means of the land transport (except railway) which covers the damage caused to means of the land transport with the motor;
