About creation of Council of heads of the state and public teleradio organizations of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States
Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States, proceeding from the aspiration to develop general information space, for the purpose of ensuring interaction and cooperation of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth in the field of TV and radio broadcasting,
believing that the cooperation in the field of TV and radio broadcasting is important factor of strengthening of mutual understanding and trust between the people, deepenings of integration state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth, solved:
1. Create Council of heads of the state and public teleradio organizations of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
2. Approve Regulations on Council of heads of the state and public teleradio organizations of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied).
3. Ask the governments of the states which signed this Decision to notify in two-month time Executive committee of the CIS on persons delegated to structure of Council of heads of the state and public teleradio organizations of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
4. Charge to Executive committee of the CIS to organize holding the first organizational meeting of Council of heads of the state and public teleradio organizations of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in four-months time.
5. This Decision becomes effective from signature date.
It is made in the city of Yalta on May 25, 2007 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
