About assignment streamlining to vehicles of special series of registration registration plates

For the purpose of accomplishment of the Resolution of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova No. 163-XV of May 18, 2001 about some measures for streamlining of assignment of special registration registration plates to vehicles and according to requirements of the Moldavian SM-122 standard "Road vehicles. Registration signs of vehicles and trail cars", recognized as this resolution obligatory, DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova

1. For the purpose of accounting of the cars servicing officials of the state to appropriate them three series of registration signs - "RM", "RM-P" and "RM-G" in the following procedure:

registration registration plates of the RM series with the subsequent four figures are appropriated to the cars made available to the President of the Republic of Moldova;

registration registration plates of the RM-P series with the subsequent three figures are appropriated to the cars servicing deputies, the first officials of the state, the elite or appointed Parliament, and the Chairman of People's assembly of Gagauzia;

registration registration plates of the RM-G series with the subsequent three figures are appropriated to the cars which are at the disposal of members of the government, managements of Government office of territorial administrations of administrative control of the Ministry of local public authority and directors of the central administrative authorities under the Government.

2. The cars made available to bodies which heads are appointed by the Government or subordinates to Government office and also the cars fixed to first deputies of the state officials elected or appointed by Parliament, vice-chairmen of People's assembly of the autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia (Gagauz-Eri), associate directors of the central administrative authorities under the Government, chairmen of areas, primara of municipiums, deputies of primar of municipium of Chisinau and pretors of sectors of municipium of Chisinau are registered registration plates of the RM-A series with the subsequent three figures.
