Charge to local executive bodies to inform without delay the State control Agency over safety on construction of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic on works on capital repairs, dismantling and restoration works which are carried out with violation of load-carrying capacity of the structural elements used within territorial units in which they perform the activities.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
