About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits"

For the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits" in connection with its entry into force I decide:

1. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in two-month time:

1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the existing legal acts to compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits";

1.2. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies in compliance with the specified Law and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the draft of the legal act establishing types of responsibility for violation of the specified Law;

1.4. within the powers to resolve other issues following from the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits".

2. Determine that:

2.1. powers of the relevant executive body provided by Articles 2.1. 4.0.1. 6, 7.0.3, 7.0.6, 7.0.7, 7.0.10-5, 7.0.15, 8, 9.1.5, 9.1. 6, 9.1. 12, 9. 6, 10.2-2, 11.1. 5, 11.1.6 and 11.1.9 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits" is performed by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.1-1. in Articles 7.0.10-5, 7.0. 15, 9.1. 12, 9. 6, 10.2-2 and 11.1.9 these Laws "body (organization)" is meant by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic.
