To the Ministry of Trade and material resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, to Naftrason state concern to provide allocation of necessary quantity of fuels and lubricants according to requests of the Ministry of road transport of the Republic of Tajikistan.
To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on homeland security protection of loads, and safety of the citizens returning to the former residence.
2. Determine that on everyone seven forced migrants, based on the documents confirming the status of forced migrants, the solution of gorrayispolkom in the place of the permanent residence:
the one-time money allowance in the amount to 20 thousand rubles - 4000 rubles on the head of the family, 2000 rubles on each family member, but not over 20 thousand rubles is paid; lost housing, property on return to permanent addresses the soft credit on construction, acquisition of the apartment house, outdoor constructions, on recovery of the destroyed structures, property acquisition, the cattle and other purposes in the amount to 300 thousand rubles with repayment period of 20 years from fourth year after receipt of the credit is issued.
