About establishment of rates of export (export) customs duties on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs tariff of the Kyrgyz Republic", for the purpose of saturation of domestic producers raw material resources, production incentive and export of products of high extent of processing the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish rates of export (export) customs duties according to appendix.

2. Apply rates of export (export) customs duties to the goods which are exported from customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic out of limits of the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the free trade area of April 15, 1994.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify in accordance with the established procedure Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this resolution.

4. Send this resolution to Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on approval.

5. Rates of export (export) customs duties on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic become effective after approval of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and after 15 days from the date of official publication.
