1. Approve the Procedure for use in 2007 for the means provided in the government budget for support of the companies which extract coal, lignite (brown coal) and peat for the purpose of construction, technical retrofitting and capital repairs of the mining equipment which is applied.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2003 N1311 "About Approval of the Procedure for Provision and Determination of Amounts of the State Support of the Coal-mining Companies on Partial Covering of Expenses at Cost Products, and also Construction and Technical Retrofitting of the Companies on Production of Coal, Lignite (Brown Coal) and Peat" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, N 34, the Art. 1825);
