1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of maintaining by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the book of accounting of checks (audits);

form of the book of accounting of checks (audits).

2. Determine that the worker performing (audit), the head of employee group, performing (audit), shall bring in the book of accounting of checks (audits) of record according to the procedure, established by Rules of maintaining by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the book of accounting of checks (audits) approved by this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs to strengthen control of observance by the workers performing (audits), requirements of Rules of maintaining by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the book of accounting of checks (audits) approved by this resolution and to bring persons guilty of violation of the specified requirements to disciplinary responsibility.
