About procedure and conditions of transactions on transfer of property on nuclear materials to foreign state or the foreign legal entity

According to article 5 of the Federal law "About Use of Atomic Energy" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the decision on transfer of the nuclear materials which are in federal property (except for the nuclear materials specified in paragraph three of Item 2 of this resolution), in property to foreign state or the foreign legal entity is accepted by the Government of the Russian Federation on the representation to State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" approved with the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control and other interested federal executive bodies.

2. Determine the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control federal executive body, authorized to perform approval of transactions on transfer to foreign state or the foreign legal entity of the property right to nuclear materials:
