About terms of creation of the audit report of the financial organizations and its submission to authorized body on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning protection of the rights of minority investors" of February 19, 2007 the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Auditing organizations constitute and submit the audit report in authorized state body on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations in the following terms:

1) till April 01 of the year following for reporting according to the financial reporting of the financial organizations which do not have the affiliated organizations, except for the insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance brokers;

2) till April 30 of the year following for reporting according to the financial reporting of the financial organizations having the affiliated organizations, the insurance (reinsurance) organizations and insurance brokers, Development Bank of Kazakhstan joint-stock company.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 01, 2008.

3. To accounting department (Shalgimbayeva N. T.):

1) together with Legal department (Sharipov S. B.) to take measures to state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
