1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of revolving credits by commercial banks to the textile companies for acquisition of cotton fiber, and also to wholesale companies on replenishment of current assets according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
