1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out obligatory periodic certification of production facilities under the terms of work.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 3, 2004 No. 251-p "About approval of Rules of carrying out certification of production facilities under the terms of work" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3227, published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 20, of the Art. 185).

3. To provide to Department of Labour and Employment of the population (Abdenov S. S.) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent publication in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister Kurmanov A. M.

5. This order becomes effective since January 3, 2008.
