N. take measures for state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to official publication in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on migration and demography of August 17, 2004 No. 70-P "About approval of the Instruction of determination of the status of the oralman and their inclusion in quota of immigration of oralmans (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3078).
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh. N. Abdiyev.
5. This order becomes effective from the moment of its first official publication.
