About approval of Rules of temporary stay of oralmans and members of their families in the center of adaptation and integration of oralmans and rendering adaptation services to them

According to Item 8 of article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About population shift" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of temporary stay of oralmans and members of their families in the center of adaptation and integration of oralmans and rendering adaptation services to them.

2. To provide to the chairman of Committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and official publication in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The order becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
