2. Acts of the President of the Russian Federation and acts of the Government of the Russian Federation within 10 days after day of their signing are subject to official publication in "The Russian newspaper", the Russian Federation Code and on "The official Internet portal of legal information" (www.pravo.gov.ru) which functioning is provided by Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation.
